Amaya Aldecoa
Amaya holds a Degree in Law, a Master's in Legal Consulting for Businesses, an Executive MBA and a Master's in Private International Law. She speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
Amaya joined the LS Solicitors team in 2008. She helps our clients with Real Estate Law, inheritance matters, character and family, preparation of wills and probate, clauses and issues of private international law. She also provides advice in Company Law, advising on an ongoing or one-off basis to companies, in both corporate, contract and extra-contractual matters.
LAWYER
Diane Sibireff
Diane is a Lawyer with a vast international experience. She has developed her career in the legal field, as well as in administration, export management and customer service in multilingual environments.
Diane is French, though she's been living in Spain for 20 years and lived for some time in the USA. She speaks native French and is fluent in English and Spanish.
She joined the LS Solicitors team in 2025, where she provides legal advice to our international clients, especially in matters such as real estate conveyancing, inheritances, contracts and claims.

Christine De Carayon
Christine is French, but she lived in England for a while and has been in Spain for over 20 years. She is a native French speaker and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She studied Trilingual Administration, has training in Law and experience in the Spanish real estate sector.
Christine has been part of the LS Solicitors team since 2009. She works as a consultant, assisting our clients with property transactions, taxes, fiscal matters, residency, inheritance, and other administrative procedures.

Carmen García
Carmen is a multifaceted professional, with extensive experience in the real estate and legal sectors, providing advice to foreign clients in Spain. She speaks native Spanish, fluent English and conversational Italian.
She has been part of the LS Solicitors team since 2013. She works as a consultant, helping our clients with real estate conveyancing, taxes, taxation, residency, inheritance and other procedures.

Juana Lucas
Juana has extensive experience in administrative services and legal practices. She holds a degree in History, a Master’s in Labour and Accountancy Advice, and has completed additional financial and fiscal training. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
Juana has been part of the LS Solicitors team since 2006. She works as a consultant, helping our clients with matters related to real estate conveyancing, taxes, taxation, residency and inheritance, among other tasks.

Alex Nieto
Alex has a professional background in property management and customer service, providing support to international clients and property owners in Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca. He has academic training in different economic and administrative fields and speaks fluent English and native Spanish.
Alex joined the LS Solicitors team in 2018 as a consultant, helping our clients with taxes, residency and other matters.

Leahann Babyack
Leahann was born in Madrid but was raised and educated in the United States. She speaks native English and Spanish. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market and has a background in administration.
Leahann joined the LS Solicitors team in 2021 as a consultant. She assists our clients in tax, fiscal, residency and other matters.

Yazmin Price
Yazmin has a background in administration, legal offices and customer service. Originally from Ireland, she moved to Spain at a young age and is a native speaker of both English and Spanish.
Yazmin joined LS Solicitors in 2022. She works as a consultant, assisting clients with utilities, sales, residency, taxes, and a wide range of administrative procedures.

Esther Rodríguez
Esther holds a degree in Economics. She has previous experience in banking, as well as in tax and accounting advice. She speaks Spanish and basic English.
Esther has been a member of the LS Solicitors team since 2016. She works in our administration department, where she helps our clients with tax settlements, procedures with public bodies, utilities and accountancy.

Rocío Sardina
Rocio is a multifaceted professional, with a background in administration and customer service. She holds a degree in English Philology and speaks native Spanish, fluent English, basic German and has some notions of Polish.
Rocio joined the LS Solicitors team in 2021. She works in our administration department, helping our clients with public agencies and taxes.

Mari Carmen joined the LS Solicitors team in 2023. She works in our administration department, helping our clients with utilities other post-sale procedures.
